Office of Theological Education Credentials & Licensing (OTECL)

The Georgia Apostolic Leadership Institute supports the educational and leadership development mission of the Georgia State Council and operates in collaborative partnership with the Office of Theological Education, Credentials & Licensing (OTECL).

Together, GALI and OTECL advance ministerial formation, credentialing, theological education, continuing education, leadership development, and organizational excellence throughout the Georgia State Council.

While GALI maintains its own legal governance and fiduciary responsibilities as an independent nonprofit educational organization, it exists to support, enhance, and advance the mission and strategic priorities of the Georgia State Council through educational innovation, collaborative partnership, and leadership excellence.

About the Georgia Apostolic Leadership Institute (GALI)

A Community of Learning, Formation, and Faithful Leadership

At the Georgia Apostolic Leadership Institute, we believe that formation precedes function. Before a leader is commissioned, credentialed, or entrusted with greater responsibility, they must first be spiritually formed, biblically grounded, and shaped in character. Our educational philosophy integrates theological education, ministerial formation, leadership development, and lifelong learning so that every participant grows not only in knowledge but also in wisdom, integrity, and faithful service.
